Conversational and Sales Intelligence Solutions are using some set of information like the transcript from the meeting themselves, data from the CRM, 3rd party information on the prospect and then deriving insights for use in other business processes like forecasting, seller performance, lead scoring, deal scoring, or coaching plans.

Does Nayak.ai record or store my calls?

Nayak.ai does not record or store audio or video from your calls. It listens and generates a live transcript in real time to power its in-meeting coaching.

After the meeting, the transcript is available to the user and is used to provide context for future call preparation. Transcripts are deleted from Nayak.ai’s systems after 90 days.

Does Nayak.ai work on mobile or phone calls?

Nayak.ai does not currently support calls dialed via a standard phone number. It does support mobile and voice calls accessed through a supported platform such as Microsoft Teams.

In general, if the call runs through a supported video platform (Google Meet, Teams, Zoom, or Webex), Nayak can join — regardless of the device used.
