Real-Time Meeting Intelligence is a category of sales technology that helps sellers adapt during a live customer conversation, rather than before or after it. Unlike preparation tools or post-meeting review tools, it continuously interprets buyer signals as the meeting happens and delivers guidance to the rep in the moment.
- Preparation tools work before the meeting.
- Conversation intelligence tools work after the meeting.
- Real-Time Meeting Intelligence works during the meeting, while the outcome can still change.
Nayak provides real-time, in-meeting intelligence that helps reps adjust to the buyer during the call, while Gong primarily provides post-meeting coaching based on recorded calls reviewed after the fact. Gong tells you what happened; Nayak helps you decide what to do next, while the meeting is still running.
Yes. Nayak complements Gong and Chorus rather than replacing them. Gong and Chorus analyse what happened after a call; Nayak adjusts your team's execution with the buyer in real time, so the two operate at different points in the meeting lifecycle.
An AI notetaker records and summarises a conversation, whereas Nayak surfaces the right hint inside the conversation while it is still happening. Notetakers document the meeting; Nayak helps improve it.
Nayak created and leads the Real-Time Meeting Intelligence category, a layer in the business technology stack that did not previously exist. Every other tool a revenue team runs operates around the meeting; Nayak operates inside it.
Nayak solves the need for real-time sales adaptation. As buyers become more informed and enter conversations with higher expectations, static playbooks and post-call coaching are no longer enough to change the outcome of the meeting that is happening right now.
Nayak closes the final gap in the modern revenue stack: the meeting itself. CRM, enablement, forecasting and conversation intelligence tools all operate around the meeting, before or after it. Nayak is the layer that operates inside the meeting.
Traditional role play, coaching and enablement prepare a rep before a conversation or give feedback after it, while Nayak supports the rep during the conversation. Nayak addresses real-time sales adaptation: adjusting while the meeting is still in progress.
Yes. Nayak listens throughout the entire meeting, continuously reading buyer signals as they happen, and surfaces guidance to the rep live without the rep having to stop and ask it anything.
How Nayak Works

The Standard of Good is the model Nayak uses to evaluate a sales conversation, made up of three dimensions: Structure, Business & Product Intelligence, and Emotional Intelligence. Every meeting is assessed against these qualities rather than against a generic script.
- Structure: a clear agenda, good pacing and productive use of the time booked.
- Business & Product Intelligence (IQ): buyer priorities, stakeholders, decision criteria, risks, desired outcomes and product questions.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): trust, confidence, credibility and responsiveness to buyer signals.
Nayak's hints are short, specific prompts tied to something it has just observed in the conversation. For example, when a buyer uses worried language about a timeline, Nayak may prompt the rep to validate the concern with a suggested phrase; when a buyer disengages, it may suggest relevant social proof.
Nayak listens and observes using a meeting assistant that joins the call as an attendee. The assistant is visible in the participant list and can be removed at any time.
Yes. When you onboard, Nayak agents create a knowledge base specifically for your company using publicly available information about it. That knowledge base is what lets Nayak answer product questions accurately during a live call.
Yes. The knowledge base can be edited at any time in the Nayak portal, and Nayak continues to tune it as it learns. An active subscription is required.
Yes. Nayak can work with an existing knowledge base such as Notion, Guru or Highspot. Contact Nayak to set this up for your team.
The Rep Experience
7 questions
Nayak was designed to stay out of the way. The goal is not to tell sellers what to say. It is to help them notice what they are missing, so hints are brief, dismissible and tied to a specific moment in the conversation.
No. Nayak does not tell the rep what to say. It guides reps so they can respond naturally, confidently and authentically in their own words.
During the live conversation, while the rep's cognitive load is real. Role plays and post-call coaching miss the impact that in-the-moment cognitive load has on how a rep actually executes.
Top performers recognise subtle buyer signals and adjust instantly, and Nayak gives every rep access to that same real-time signal recognition live, in the moment. The gap between a team's best rep and its median rep is largely a gap in what each notices during the call.
No. Nayak is designed for founders and early employees running high-stakes conversations without a sales background, coaching infrastructure or prior experience, as well as for established sales teams.
Yes. Nayak joins the call as a named attendee and is visible in the participant list, similar to a notetaker app. It operates silently during the meeting and never speaks.
Yes. Nayak lets you rename the assistant so it appears in the participant list under a name that suits you and your company.

A single customer relationship improved by Nayak can return many times the $10 cost of the call it was won on. Nayak's position is that for high-stakes conversations, the risk of not having guidance is greater than the cost of having it.
